Frequently Asked Questions
How do credits work?
Credits are spent per project. Generating a project costs a flat 25 credits, and that covers all of its content (descriptions, titles, tags, FAQs, social posts) plus up to 12 product images. There are no per-image or per-action charges.
What happens when my credits expire?
All credits expire 31 days after they're granted. Yearly subscribers can rollover unused credits (up to their tier limit) to the next month. Monthly subscribers and PAYG users don't get rollover.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to your new tier's benefits. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What are Boost packs?
Boost packs are one-time purchases of 100 credits, available only to subscribers. The price scales by your subscription tier: Starter pays $5, Maker pays $4, and Pro pays just $3.
What is the annual signup bonus?
When you subscribe to an annual plan for the first time, you receive a one-time bonus of extra credits: 50 for Starter, 100 for Maker, and 150 for Pro. These bonus credits never expire and are added to your account immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, from your account page. "Manage Subscription" opens the billing portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The $3 Dabble Yak purchase is one-time and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Is there a free trial?
No. We offer users a chance to view a similar experience through our Demo. If you like that experience, you should choose from one of our pricing options to get the full experience of real generations with your actual products.
